Professional model prep

Uploading a 3D model and having it ready to configure in one click works for most files. When yours arrives with messy geometry, broken materials or badly separated parts, our team fixes it by hand — over the same pipeline the platform already uses, not a new one.

What's included

• Geometry clean-up (loose parts, flipped normals, out-of-range scale).
• Material fixes — the classic "grey model" problem when textures didn't arrive with the file.
• Correctly separating the parts you want your customer to be able to configure.

When you need it

Most models exported from a decent CAD or 3D design file don't need this — the Studio processes them on its own. This service is for the rest: the legacy model, the scan, the file that's passed through more than one manufacturer's hands. If your model already works, paying for this adds nothing.

How to request it

Requested from inside your Studio, on the specific configurator whose model needs the work — that way the payment stays tied to that model, not to your account in general.
