Email us. The person who replies is the person building the product, in Spanish or English, usually within one working day. There is no switchboard and no form: an email gets there sooner and leaves both of us a record of it.

What to include
If you are writing about a problem with a specific model, send the configurator link or the project name and, if you can, the original file. Most processing problems are solved in a single reply once the file arrives, and in three or four when we have to reconstruct what happened from a description.
Who is behind it
Confsas3D is a project under active development, with no sales team. What is published on this site is in production, and what it cannot do is said out loud on the about page. If something you need does not fit, saying so by email is faster than finding out after building a whole configurator.
