Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Confsas3D processes when you use the Service, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The binding version of this policy is the Spanish one, available at confsas3d.com/legal/privacidad. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.

1. What data we collect

• Account data: email, name and profile photo (if you sign up with Google), and an encrypted password if you sign up with an email address.
• Organisation data: the organisation's name and its members' roles.
• Content you upload: 3D models, generated images and product configurations (colours, materials, text) that you create in the editor.
• Usage data: configurators created and published and, if you enable analytics, visits to your published configurators.
• Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card number.

2. What we use your data for

• Providing the Service: authenticating you, processing your 3D models, generating and publishing your configurators.
• Artificial-intelligence assistance: your models and renders are sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to propose configurable options — they are not used to train third-party models unless the AI provider's own policy says otherwise and you have accepted it.
• AI 3D generation, only if you use it: the photos or video frames you upload to generate a model are sent to an external provider (Tripo3D), which returns the 3D mesh. That is the only purpose of that transfer. If you do not use the feature, none of your images are sent to that provider.
• Operational communications: notices about your account, changes to the Service or to these terms.
• Billing, where a paid plan applies.
• Security: preventing abuse of the Service.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Infrastructure providers: Google Firebase/Cloud (hosting, authentication, database, storage and 3D model processing).
• AI providers: Google Gemini, for the automatic proposal of configurable options, and Tripo3D, to generate a 3D model from the images you upload for that purpose.
• Payment provider: Stripe, to process paid subscriptions.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

4. Published configurators

When you publish a configurator, the information needed to display it (the processed 3D model, the options, the name) becomes public at the link or embed you share — it does not include personal data about you or your organisation beyond what you choose to show.

5. How long we keep your data

For as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or organisation, we delete your content and personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are legally obliged to keep it longer (invoices, for example).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data from the panel itself, or by writing to us at psabater@confsas3d.com. You can also request portability of your data or object to certain processing.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences, such as the language you pick in the switcher. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or through a notice in the Service before they take effect.
