Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Confsas3D (the "Service"), a self-service platform for creating, publishing and embedding 3D product configurators. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The binding version of these terms is the Spanish one, available at confsas3d.com/legal/terminos. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Description of the service

Confsas3D lets you upload your own 3D models, process them automatically (including artificial-intelligence assistance in proposing configurable options), edit them visually and publish them as an interactive configurator reachable through a public link or embedded in third-party sites.

2. Accounts and organisations

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure.
• Each account may create one or more organisations; the owner of an organisation is responsible for managing who else has access to it.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Content you upload

• You retain ownership of the 3D models, images and other content you upload.
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service (processing, preview generation, publication of your configurators).
• You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any 3D model you upload and that its use does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Uploading content that is unlawful or defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property, is not permitted.

4. Automatic processing and artificial intelligence

Model processing and the AI-generated proposals of configurable options are indicative. We do not guarantee that the automatic result is correct, complete or suitable for your product — you can always review and adjust it manually before publishing. A configurator is never published automatically without your confirmation.

5. Plans and payments

Some features are available only on paid plans. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed through an external provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal period, and you can cancel at any time from the billing panel.

The free plan lets you create and preview a configurator, but not publish it. Preview links expire after 7 days and are not intended for production use.

If you stop holding a paid plan, configurators you have already published remain reachable, but revert to the free plan's appearance (default theme and Confsas3D signature) and stop collecting quote requests.

6. AI 3D generations

Generating 3D models from images is measured in credits. Each generation consumes one credit, whether or not you are happy with the result: the cost is created by the processing, not by the outcome. We recommend reviewing the model before continuing, which the editor lets you do at no additional cost.

Credits included in a plan are replenished at the start of each period and do not carry over from one period to the next. Credits bought in packs do not expire and are consumed after the included ones. Packs are a single payment and, as digital content supplied immediately, are not refundable once consumed; if you have not used any, write to us and we will refund you.

Generated models are produced through an external provider. The result is an editable draft, and we do not guarantee that it is fit for manufacturing, measurement or any other technical use.

7. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or change features for maintenance, improvements or security reasons, giving notice where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service. This does not limit liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Cancellation

You can delete your account and your configurators at any time from the panel. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or through a notice in the Service before it takes effect.
